Fireworks are hazardous products. By ordering from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and will use, store, and burst fireworks in compliance with your local and state regulations, under adult supervision, and away from flammable materials.

We are not responsible for injury, property damage, or legal consequences arising from misuse, improper storage, or use of fireworks purchased through this site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Product images are for representation only; actual packaging and design may vary. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and stock, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, and will refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Placing an order on this site is an enquiry, not an online purchase - we do not process any payment through the website. Once you submit an enquiry, we'll share our UPI payment details with you separately to complete payment, and confirm your order over WhatsApp or phone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meso Crackers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
